Refund policy

Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, we are happy to provide a full refund provided the order is cancelled at least 2 days before the selected delivery date.
After this time, we may have already begun preparing your order and cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our goods and food safety requirements under the Food Act 2014, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Act.

Address Errors
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it.
If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it, and we are unable to offer a refund or replacement where an incorrect address has been provided.
