Wellington Region Deliveries

Coverage:
We deliver throughout the Wellington region — from Wellington City north to Ōtaki, including Upper Hutt and Wainuiomata.
Please note: Wairarapa, Hauraki Gulf Islands (e.g., Waiheke Island), Stewart Island, Chatham Islands, and PO boxes are excluded.

Delivery Schedule:

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Fee:

  • Flat delivery fee: $15 per order.
  • Orders of $150 or more qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Service:

  1. Wellington region deliveries are handled door-to-door by our own team.
  2. In some cases, ambient (non-chilled/frozen) deliveries may be sent via our courier partners. You will receive a tracking link if this occurs.

Booking Delivery:

  • At the cart page, select “Wellington Region Delivery”.
  • Enter your 4-digit postcode to confirm availability.
  • Choose your preferred delivery day and timeslot using the calendar.
  • Proceed to checkout.

Note: Orders without a delivery date and timeslot may be delayed until we confirm your preferences. Otherwise, your order will be delivered on the next available delivery run.

Business Customers (Wellington region):

  • For invoices or quotes, email us with your order details.
  • Full payment is required no later than the day before delivery.
  • Free delivery applies to orders of $150 or more.
  • Cancellations may incur charges for products already sourced or prepared.

Rest of New Zealand (Including Wairarapa)

Delivery Options:

  • Selected products qualify for nationwide delivery.
  • Standard delivery timeframe: overnight Monday to Friday.
  • During peak periods or for South Island deliveries, expect 2–3 working day delays.

Important Notes:

  • Once items are dispatched, delays are beyond our control. Contact us if issues arise — we will follow up with the courier.
  • Dispatches occur weekdays only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Rural deliveries may take an extra day or two and are subject to a surcharge.
  • Chilled, frozen, and glass bottle items are only available for Wellington region delivery.

Booking Delivery:

  • Select your preferred delivery date and timeslot at checkout.
  • Orders without a selected date will be delivered on the next available date.

Tracking:

  • A tracking link is generated once processing begins but becomes active when scanned by the courier.
  • Contact us at info@temptingtreats.co.nz for updates if needed.

International Shipping

  • Generally, we do not offer international shipping.
  • If you are outside New Zealand, email us for a shipping quote.
  • Recipients are responsible for duties and taxes upon arrival.

General Notes for All Orders

  • Ensure the correct delivery option is selected. Incorrect selections (e.g., rural vs standard) may delay delivery until the difference is paid.
  • Rural delivery orders placed without the rural option will be delayed and we will contact you for payment.
  • Deliveries are non-signature by default due to the perishable nature of products. Signature service may be arranged for an extra charge — email us after placing your order.
  • Delivery instructions can be added in the “Delivery Instructions” box at checkout. Missed instructions can be emailed to us.
  • Courier charges may vary depending on weight and destination.

Restrictions:

  • No delivery to Hauraki Gulf Islands, Stewart Island, Chatham Islands, or overseas (unless quoted).
  • PO boxes are not serviced.

  • All delivery pricing is subject to change.
