Delivery & Courier Info

 Order by 2pm for next day dispatch (Monday to Friday).

Wellington region:

Includes Wellington City north to Otaki, Upper Hutt and Wainuiomata. Excludes Wairarapa (see below).

  • We currently deliver 7 days per week.
  • The delivery fee is set to a flat rate of $10.00 for the Wellington region.

At this time, we do not have the option to pick up.

Rest of the country, including the Wairarapa:

Selected products qualify for nationwide delivery. Typically, once picked up from our end, the standard timeframe for delivery is overnight. However, during peak periods, courier services may experience delays of 2-3 working days.

Please be aware that once items are dispatched, any delays are beyond our control. Should your delivery not meet the expected timeframe mentioned above, please reach out to us initially, and we'll handle the follow-up with the courier on your behalf.

We dispatch orders every weekday (Monday to Friday) - excluding public holidays, and rural deliveries are an option, albeit with an additional day or two for transit. Note that there's a surcharge for all rural deliveries.

Chilled, frozen and glass bottle items are not available for nationwide delivery (we can only deliver these items to addresses in the Wellington region).

International Shipping

As a general rule, we don't do international shipping.

If you live outside New Zealand and would like a quote on shipping to your destination, please email us directly with what you'd like to order and we will supply a shipping quote.

Note that the receiver will be responsible for duties and taxes on arrival (if applicable).


As a general rule, orders placed before 2pm today are dispatched the next working day.

Please note, we currently do not deliver to the Hauraki Gulf Islands, (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Islands.

We also do not deliver to PO boxes.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all our deliveries are non-signature. If you would like a signature upon delivery, please email us after placing your order - an extra charge may apply.

Can I track my order? Yes, absolutely. All orders will receive shipping and tracking updates at various stages of its journey to you.

Can I add delivery instructions for the courier? Yes, absolutely. You will find a 'Delivery Instructions' box at the bottom of the cart page. If you missed this, please email us as soon as possible to add delivery instructions to your consignment.

Why is my shipping amount so high? Our current courier pricing structure is done by product weight for the total order to your destination address.

Do you delivery to Chatham Islands, Hauraki Gulf Islands (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island and Overseas? Unfortunately, not at this time.

Please ensure you select the correct delivery option for your address. For example - if you live in a rural area, and select a non-rural delivery option, we reserve the right to hold your order until the correct amount has been paid.
