Subscription Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
Our subscription service allows you to receive selected products automatically each month at a discounted price.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Billing & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Payment is charged in full at the time of each renewal using your nominated credit or debit card.
Buy Now Pay Later services (including Afterpay and Zip) are not available for subscription purchases.
If a payment cannot be processed, your subscription may be paused until payment is successfully received.
3. Subscription Discount
Subscribers receive a discount per carton on eligible products.
The discounted price is automatically reflected when selecting the subscription option on the product page.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
If cancellation is requested within 3 days of the billing date, the upcoming order may still be processed and the subscription will be cancelled thereafter.
There are no minimum terms or lock-in contracts.
5. Changes to Subscriptions
You may update your payment details, delivery address, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
6. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to future renewals only.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
